UIF MY PAIN CLAIM!

I have done my application online on the 12th of February 2021.I followed up and asked if there was any other information required. I was told there is nothing more they need now I should wait my 35 days .After 35 days no update so I called once again and was told they are in need of more documents from a prior employee.I have submitted this documents. I was unemployed for 3 months prior and went into the offices with no claim received to date which is about 2 years. I was blessed to get employment after 3 months ,however in this covid situation it has been more challenging. I have called UIF call centre and was told once again to wait 28 days. I have once again given up on this UIF claim although in real need of this funds. Who is benefiting from our monthly payment for UIF? It is clear that people like me are definitely getting no joy. What has happened to these funds? I have sent an email to Malixole Ntleki (Director :Department of Labour) and no response either. I have learnt a lesson .I will request to not pay UIF going forward and rather place funds and some sort of savings for days like these. I will forever know such claim as UIF MY PAIN!
