UIF monies

Good day I'm writing this to voice out my concerns about the employee by the name Xolani and mpho from the roodepoort branch. Iv submitted all the documents in June 2020 the claim has been assist as till today iv been chased away with no relevant feedback as to why the claim is taking this long to be paid out they also asked for documentation of which I resigned from that company to join affinity health but with no luck.. So today I came asking for help and got chased away like a dog with information that the labour closes at 6am they won't assist if I come a minute late. Kindly assist with this Carien. No response as yet
