UIF money still not out after signing endlessly

I am struggling to obtain my UIF money since on the 16th of July 2015. I have been called to sign since that time but still I do not get a positive feedback. At first they said on their system it shows that I resigned from work but I got all the papers sent to them from work showing that indeed I am retired but still they are not paying up. I have been going up and down with this thing and every time when I go there they give me dates to go sign. I am really tired because they do not explain anything to me, its always excuses every time
