Uif money

Good day I just want to know if there is a way I can get help with my UIF.I was suppose to claim UIF but when I when I get there al kind of excuses like I am in credit must work for 3 months and..and..and. they still own me from Sasol uif and African Pegmatite and know from the last company I worked for Freddy Hirsch.
