UIF money

Hi guys<br> I have submited my claim for UIF ast department of Labour on the 1st December 2014, they told me to wait 6weeks, on the 5th week I got a letter that I'm missing some of the documents ofwich I submited, I took the documents to them, and I was assisted bt a person called Siya, I gave him the UI19 form he wasn't even sure wich 1 was needed, I asked him to check he told me computers are down, I waited, still didn't get my miney, called them they told me I'm still missing the UI19 I went back to submit early in January, till now I haven't got my money, I don't know where to go nw, I'm struggling I have a baby.
