UIF Mission Impossible!!!

NO seriously now, what the heck is up with our Unemployment Insurance Fund in SA?????? After being forced to pay UIF for every working day of one's life, they cannot even respond to an email.

I was retrenched over two months ago. I submitted every document they required, and according to their website, it was assessed on the 19th Feb 2023. I've not had a cent from them. Do they even have money???? Maybe it's simply utter incompetence, I don't know.

When I Do manage to reach their call/help center, which is mostly mission impossible, I'm told it's pending. So now what????? What do I do? Whom do I speak to? For the love of all things beautiful, just call me, text me, mail me, Just do something!!!!!!!!
