UIF Matters

This is about my claim benefits from the UIF. I have submitted on-line on 1 July 2020, because I was retrenced end June 2020. The reason: because I have no income at all and need to survive, I have responsibilities every end of the month. Until today, I have not been paid a cent from the UIF. There is no communication from the offices of the UIF. They just never answer their phones. If I did not, by accident, talk to a consultant, who answered his cellphone, did not know that there was a form outstanding and nowhere on the system they let you know about any outstanding forms. This is just so pathetic. All my years of working, I contributed UIF, but now that I need money, they are so arrogant not to pay anything. I will not just leave it and not go further with this. I am really upset by this. Is there any way that you can assist me with this?
