To Ms Phumzile Shandu, from Durban labour centre, will you please DO YOUR JOB THAT YOU ARE GETTING PAID FOR????, my Granny M R Mkhize app**** for uif benefits at PMB labour centre on 27/06/2018, and the efforts of Mr Mngomezulu from PMB labour centre was unsuccessful he than referred the case to you on 15/07/2019 if not mistaken, till to date no response from you. how long does it takes an official to respond on an enquiry like this, its almost 18 months no response, my granny visits pmb to check every month only to be told the very same thing that the case is sitting in your office. You do not even bother to let the PMB office know about your findings you just enjoying your salary and don't care about clients. I wonder how many clients are suffering like my granny due to your negligence.
