UIF MATERNITY - WAITING 8 MONTHS FOR PROCESSING

i have been waiting over 8 months just for my UIF maternity benefit claim, never mind that i have not received any payment, it has not even been processed yet, ton the website it gives you a resolution date and when you allowed to raise a complaint but every month that date moves out and when you call customer care all they say is they can escalate the matter but nothing ever happens, this is absolutely ridiculous how can they expect people to wait so long for their money to be paid out or processed. i don't know what else to do to get this processed and paid out.
