Uif-Maternity paymeny

I have app**** for my maternity at Department of labour early this year . I was paid 2 payments instead of 3 payments then on the 4th of April I went and sign for the 3rd payment as I was told to go sign on the 27 March and it was closed. I did sign then was told that’s my last payment fine. Then I waited for the payment until when I went back on the 29th and the guy at Sandton DOL told me to sign again I did and he explained to me that they are going to pay all of it fine. To my surprise today I got an email explaining to me that I am being paid in full, how so because they checked on the system and I was told I still have money which will be paid all at once the last one. Please tell me why all this because now I am in debt that I need to pay and I am being told I have no money left. Please make me understand all this or is it some kind of a joke that is not even funny?
