UIF maternity NOT PAID

<p> I app**** for my maternity money on the 12th of May 2016 gave birth on the 16th of May 2016</p> <p>Till today I am still awaiting for my money which I was contributing earnestly for the past almost 5 years I was suppose to go back to work on the 1st of September 2016</p> <p>I have been calling Randfontein department of labour to enquire how far is the progress to no assistance, first they told me I was not loaded called again to enquire about the person I submitted my documents to Cinthea Hendricks was advised she is busy I must talk to the Supervisor Fhulufhelo Netshimbupfe "Takalani" it is like things became worse from there</p> <p>Firstly I was told to resend my documents I did that literally 5 times, <br />Then I was told in Aug that my money will be paid still waiting... I told to resend the documents including my son's birth certificate did that 3 times was told that it is loaded and I will receive my money within 7 to 10 working days</p> <p>Waited and Takalani contacted me advised that the system did not generate my money yet he had calculated and given me the figure of how much I will receive.. then I was resent my bank form to fill in told them I submitted that... after that was told that my UI27 is incorrect advised HR to refill the correct form</p> <p>My problem is they are proving it that thee government employees are ******* and are too relaxed in their jobs very ***********. For the fact that Cinthea.hendricks threw away my bank form and for me being told all stories for me not to get my money and now I am being told that the " assessor" is not answering their phone?</p> <p>Is this fair though? I am very irate and disappointed in the government workers</p> <p>PLEASE URGENTLY ASSIST </p> <p>I do not know who to talk to now?</p> <p><br /> <br /> </p>
