UIF MATERNITY CLAIMS. WHY CANT I HAVE MY OWN MONEY

I submitted my uif maternity claims at the DHA branch in soweto on 2015/07/07. its almost three months now, my baby is born already. i was told that my claim will be finalised in 4-6 weeks time... after waiting for so long I then decided to enquire personally and the bad attitude plus lies i get from these people... im broke i dont even have money to feed myself and my new born.. i always have to borrow money to pay for a taxi and all yeild no results... when i call their call centre my call is not answered or put me on hold or answer and tell me to wait.. gosh ive been waiting like forever. i need my money thats all. please help me.. I'm starving with my family. indebted since i have to borrow to survive while waiting.. pls i have waited. help!
