UIF MATERNITY CLAIMS- GIVES ZERO ****!

Your processes are frustrating its worse that there's a pandemic, I don't understand for the life of me you don't have certain people working under different cases like the Maternity benefit, I assume you are all consumed on COVID-19 claims and not the Maternity benefit as moms are less IMPORTANT!!! I'VE BEEN claiming for my Maternity Benefit via Ufiling and multiple emails addresses since March and mind you this is a continuation benefit, I have called -no response let alone the call centre number does work all you hear is music playing NO ASSISTANCE believe you me I was holding for 40mins still no-one answer, emailed -no response, Faxed -No response I don't understand whatever additional information you need, you don't make a function to upload that information on Ufiling? instead of wanting documents to be fax?
