Uif Maternity claims frustrations

It's been 4 months going in for 5 months since I submitted my claim online for my maternity benefits, I call in often but get told the same thing each time for the last 4 almost 5 months they have a backlog all docs has been submitted and they will escalate to the relevant department. That is just lies because nothing has change on my profile for the last 4 months. We pay for unemployment but when it comes to claiming we have to fight for our money, we cannot help for the pandemic please get your house in order because your service is pathetic.
