uif maternity claim not paid yet

<br> On the 1ofSeptember I went to department of labour to apply for maternity claim till know I was not paid,when I go the and check what was happening only to find out that same of my document were not scanned, I went the several time but the problem was not fix until know,I call the call centre to find out what is happening and they told me that same of document a not capture is being four months know not getting help on pay ,I have left with only a month to go back to work without being paid by the department. Case number is *** this is very irritating is very easy for department to take money but to get it is a emission I am so tired? of this issue
