UIF maternity claim not being processed

hi<br> I went on maternity leave in nov 2014 and to date have been receiving the run around regarding my claim that was submitted 18.12.14. I called in twice in January 2014 and was told once it was awaiting approval, then it was being approved and now today its still awaiting approval!! I spoke to seboletswe kubu [04.02.15 12.39] who advised me she will send my id number to her supervisor who can try and escalate the issue for me however this doesn't mean it will get approved anytime prior to the 35 days I keep being told to wait. this department of labour seem to not do anything on time. we pay these fees / taxes every month on time for uif but when we need their service they are delayed and not helpful in the least. everyone gives you a different story and no one can speak to a manager. really disgusted by the dol.
