UIF Maternity claim, been a year and half, still no settlement

I wish to give -5 stars! I app**** for maternity benefit in early July 2021... it is now 10 November 2022 and my claim is still pending! There is just no help available. your claim will be with the assessor for weeks and months and years.. noting will happen!!! i wish that i could stop paying for this service!! they are useless and *****ing money from hardworking volks
