UIF Maternity Claim

Good Day

I'm currently on maternity leave and I filled my application for my UIF Maternity claim on the 16th of May 2022, 2 days after I started my leave at work. They gave me 17 June to come and sign for my 1st payment but nothing came in my account and when I went there they said I must come back again on the 8th of July, I gave birth 18 June and got my first R218 payment on the 1st of July and went to sign on the 11th August only because I was sent home when I went to sign on the 4th July. They said it will take up to 14 working days and up until today I have not received any payment yet. People who I have been communicating with via email and WhatsApp have opted to ignoring me now I don't know what other avenue I need to go through in order to receive my claim. I'm supposed to be signing again on the 13th September and I'm asking myself how will I sign for something I have not even gotten yet. It's frustrating having to go back and forth those offices with a 2 month old baby, cos the last time I went they don't even allow us to go 1st on the queue we wait for hours with crying babies there.

I have been sending emails with no response or help, I have exhausted all the platforms I possibly can. I hope that this way they will fast track my claim before I go back to work in October.
