Uif maternity claim

<p><span style="color: #666666; font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif; line-height: 20px; background-color: #ffffff;">I was on maternity leave from 17 January 2016 and i submited all documents required for maternity benefit on the 13 April 2016 at Roodepoort .I went back after 6 weeks to check as i was advised that it should take 4 to 6 weeks to be processed .i kept on going to check and everytime im there im told about their system not capturing documents or that my documents are not complete or something else ..i went there for about 5 times withought getting assistance .the supervisor is so ignorent and not friendly she does not take our complaints seriously its like talking to a brick wall she s very cold ,I even send complaints to ********** ,i dont know what to do anymore because i need this money im even behind with my payments .my ID number : ********** 424088 ;my full name Nomonde Precious Nhleko .please assist .thank you .</span></p>
