UIF Maternity Claim

I am currently on maternity leave since Mid June 2019 as my partner went to DOL to submit documents on my behalf because I had few complications after birth which had prevented me from going there myself. Beginning of July 2019 thats when all documents were submitted, was told to wait 14 days for a payment whereas a month went by and still nothing. My partner went to DOL again to inquire about the claim whereas a very rude man was dragging to assist him, when he did he told him that there was something wrong with my banking details form which my bank fixed by filling out another form. On the beginning August 2019 I had received an SMS indicating that my claim has been approved, I am waiting for my 1st payment yet still nothing. Recently in August 2019 my partner went to DOL and was informed that my banking details were incorrect and that there was something wrong with my surname as well, whereas all of the things they're saying don't make any sense at all. I am really ****ed to the core whereas one is a law abiding citizen yet we the ones who get *****ed at the end of the day. These government employees don't care about their work and they are not scared to show it, yet some of us take the blows for nonsense we don't deserve. How does one expect a person & their newborn to live for months without any income.
