UIF maternity benefits still not paid!

I had my baby in July 2017 and app**** for maternity benefits. With the Durban office been closed one has to travel about 20km to Chatsworth or Pinetown to get assistance. I have been to the UIF office about 9 times since the first day that I went to submit my claim. Again I was told that my money would be in latest today, I called the call center and after waiting on the line for 32 minutes the feedback I received is that there is no approved claim for me. So again, one falls behind on financial obligations...
