UIF Maternity benefits

What does 1 do to get their money they worked hard for from uif? My baby is turning seven months next week and i still haven't received my maternity benefit money from UIF.I call every week and all i get told is that my documents are at claims department and the sad part is that i still contribute towards the same UIF to this day. This really pains me PLEASE ASSIST.
