uif maternity benefits

I app**** for maternity benefits in dec 2014 for june and july 2015.but no one is able to tell me when my application will be approved,everytime I call the call centre they tell me diffent stories.i went to the labour office in Orlando west the guy who was assisting me doesn't give me a solution,he just tells me that online appliations gives problems.i don't know why it was implemented in t first place if its not working.i really need that money because I have bills to pay in june and july.please help me.i have been calling the call centre maybe 50 times.<br> <br> regards<br> Victoria
