uif- maternity benefits

I am really not happy with service that we recieve government institution specifically labour they take forever to process uif claims like i have submited all my documents in November 2015 for maternity till today i haven't recieved my money i have been going up and down to labour but still nothing has been happening calling the call centre head office but still they a are so useless and sending emails to their complaints but still no one is saying anything i mean the child is 2 months now going on 3 and my leave end on 27/02/16 i am even opting to go back and work leave my child because i really need that money and at the end of the day its my ****** money its not like they just giving it to me can someone call me to follow up my number *** asap
