UIF MATERNITY BENEFIT NOT PAID

I app**** for my benefit on 20 Feb 2015, with requirements submitted. To this day I have not received my money. Thabang is dealing with my complaint and has been the only to do anything, but he can only do so much. His supervisor, on the other hand, could not care less. She promised to call me and I'm still waiting. Its the same response, my file has not been updated, how long can that take and who has to come from which planet to update it. Still being given the runaround even after filling a formal complaint? I have sent emails to the PA'S of the Director General, their deputies and the Commissioner of UIF. Unbelievable service.
