UIF Maternity benefit not paid.

<p>On the 28/11/2016, i went to Maponya mall to apply for my maternity benefit, everything was ok at that time and i received an sms stating that my application has been received. I was then informed that i will have to go and check on the payment after 35 working days if i did not receive it.</p> <p>I then went back on the 11/01 to check, i was informed to return again after 10 working days if the money has not been received. Each time i went to them it has been the same story, and i am exhausted. All they do is give false hopes while they know that they not doing anything from their side. I decided to call the Pretoria office where i was told that all of my documents were received and they not really sure what is it that is delaying the payment.</p> <p>ON THE FOURTH OF JUNE, IT MARKS EXACTLY 6 MONTHS SINCE I HAVE RETURNED TO WORK AND MY MATERNITY BENEFIT HAS NOT BEEN ATTENDED TO, I URGE WITH ANYBODY NOT TO USE THE MAPONYA LABOUR DEPARTMENT, THEIR SERVICE IS NOT GOOD. HOPE SOMEBODY FROM THAT PARTICULAR OFFICE GIVES ME FEEDBACK, I WILL USE OF OF MY COMPLAINING RESOURCES, THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING.</p>
