UIF Maternity benefit nightmare

I submitted my documents for my maternity benefits in August 2021 through uFiling. I started the follow up process on the 1st of February 2022 when my leave officially started. I gave birth on the 28th of February and submitted all proof to them. I sent a formal email on the 15th of March 2022 detailing my case and have not received any feedback or acknowledgment of receipt from the department.

I have spent the last 2 month frequently calling the UIF contact center daily and sending emails to the 2 people (Sena Sengase and Ntombi Khoza) that are assigned to help my area but no information is given as to when my claim will be processed or if an agent has been assigned to it. I have submitted everything needed an even took the courtesy of following up to no success.

I am now frustrated as I am relying on these benefits to come through so that I can augment my finances. Can I kindly request that assistance be given to me so that I can know how far my process is from reaching the paymaster or can information be given to know whether I have submitted all the documents that are required.
