UIF Maternity Benefit my ****

UIF claims department should be shut down, why do they deduct money from your salary every month if they don't pay out when you need it. I have submitted a Maternity Benefit claim in May and it still says submitted to assessor, I have emailed and phoned them all they say is they will escalate and get back to me, which they never do because I have to get into contact with them every time I need feedback. I had to cut my maternity leave short with 2 months so I could return to work to earn money so I can provide for my family while they are *****ing our money and not paying out, why do we submit a claim, because we desperately need the money which they will not pay out because they think we don't need it. Really UIF get your act together or just close your door you are useless either way...
