<p>I visited the Vanderbyl Labour for the first time in april 2017</p> <p>The woman who assisted me told me she couldnt assist ,so i</p> <p>went to a different person who advised me that she is supposed to assist me.</p> <p>so she did.</p> <p> </p> <p>I kept on going back and forth from pillar to post for nothing ,because </p> <p>everytime they keep on asking me to bring document i brought the</p> <p>first time i went .when i ask the lady why ,she doesnt know how to</p> <p>explain because there is no reason at all.</p> <p> </p> <p>i spent so much money going there only to be told i must come </p> <p>after 2 weeks .i am going back to work in the next week .nobody</p> <p>can tell me what is the problem with my claim</p> <p> </p> <p>i was told to bring my baby,s Birth certificate which i did the first </p> <p>time .when i ask the lady (Glady,s ) why do i need to bring .she </p> <p>cannot explain,i mean where is it as i saw her scanning everything</p> <p>the last time i had it ..she told me my claim wont be approved if i dont </p> <p>bring it,and then she says i must bring it when its approved .thats </p> <p>confusing and it makes me angry because i dont trust or understand</p> <p>anything she says .</p> <p> </p> <p>somebody really needs to tell me what to do .what is needed .so i can just</p> <p>submit everything at once .because i really need that money, </p> <p>claim no: ********** 6709</p>
