UIF Maternity - 2 years and still no money

<p>This is an email I sent to the UIF Complaints department on the 1st September 2016.</p> <p>I have yet to receive any feedback.</p> <p>I don't understand why when I have followed the correct process, that I have still not received this money.</p> <p> </p> <p>Email sent to UIF Complaints Department:</p> <p> </p> <p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I have a very serious matter that needs to be dealt with urgently.</p> <p> </p> <p>It has now been almost 2 years since my son is born and I have still not received my UIF money.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have submitted ALL my documents and still have not received anything.</p> <p> </p> <p>I sent numerous requests for a progress update on my submission and have not received a single reply.</p> <p> </p> <p>The dates for my emails sent ********** well ********** as follows:</p> <p> </p> <p>05/01/2016</p> <p>06/01/2016</p> <p>14/01/2016</p> <p>11/02/2016</p> <p>26/02/2016</p> <p>01/07/2016</p> <p> </p> <p>To date, I have received no response yet all my documentation has been submitted.</p> <p>I have been patient and waited for the system to run its course, but clearly it seems that there is a flaw somewhere.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone please advise urgently as to when I will be paid this money as I have had to find alternate ways of financing myself for those 4 months which I was on maternity leave.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />If you would like copies of these emails and all my documentation, please contact me.</p>
