Uif maternity

I went to Labour department I April I was told Ui19 and salary schedule required,my employer email outstanding documemts to both Lucas and Reuben on the 11May,I follow up with indian guy on the 14May he confirmed all required documents received he told me to come back on the 24June to sign for payment,when I got there on the 24 June nothing was done on the system and I was confirming with the very same indian guy who gave me the tel number. *** to confirm with Reuben and he promise Reuben will he'll me.I contact Reuben on the 29June he told me that he told me his done with declaration and I can call on the 03July 2015 when I call he said there is nothing that can be done on his side and told me to visit Labour department and he said they are experiencing backlog.I feel that it is useless for me to go back there because my enquiry is not going to be resolved.Please help me because I have been on unpaid maternity leave for 4months.
