UIF Materninty application

I app**** for Maternity Benefit on 9th of January. I then received an email that i should submit my documents that was listed of which i did submit. My status was by then listed as Sent to assessor. I was told that my case was escalated. Even now my case is still with so called assessor. I tried calling and sending them emails but i cannot get help. No response whatsoever. My id is ***, Case no C-***.

Am so frustrated to be honest.
