UIF MATERMITY BENEFIT DELAYED

I have been waiting for my UIF Maternity Claim to be paid out since 17 July 2024, I have called into the UIF Contact Centre week after week, they all just say the same thing , we will log a call, my last call I was told to resubmit my continuation and then the USSD number does not even work, it cuts out when you get to a certain point. I am extremely disappointed in their service, why must we fight for our own money.
