UIF Martenity Claim application

I app**** for my uif maternity benefits at DOL Randburg offices on 30/03/2017 and i still haven't received any payment .I have called in several times and went to branch in person more than 5 times to follow and still nothing .They will tell you that your application hasn't been approved.Yesterday i sat in the queue for 4 long hours , while in the queue there were 2 other zimbabweans that had app**** in August and they have already received their first payment .Yesterday i saw the supervisor but there was nothing reflecting , he said i should check again in 2 weeks its been over 4 months going back and forth to the branch.So now i do not know whether my application was lost or misplaced.I still have the all the documents to prove my submission at Randburg offices
