UIF MARTENITY BENEFIT NOT PAID

I app**** for my maternity benefit on the 01 December 2015 and submitted all the documents on the same day. I was told that after 6 weeks i should come check if my application has been approved. I then returned on the 15th of January 2016 and on that day one of the department's employees told us that all Nov and Dec 2015 applications have not been processed yet, that they will be processed on the 18th of Jan 2016. I was told that I should return on the 28th Feb 2016 , realising the this date is on a Sunday I went to the centre on the 24 of Feb 2015 and when I got there I was told that two of my documents that I had already submitted were not on their system so I had to resubmit and II did. A week later I called to follow up, after a long time trying to get through I was told that the same documents that I had submitted the previous week were still not scanned so I had to resubmit again and I did just that. When I called again to check I was told that the documents were scanned but i have to wait 4 wks for my payment. I am not happy about this as I have already waited more than 2 months to get paid, my baby is almost 3 months and I need that money to pay my bills.
