Uif martenity benefit 2020

These is such a depressing journey ever okay here is the situation... I app**** for martenity uif benefit on 27 august 2020 and i was told they will send me a notification responding to my claim after 35 weeks that was the period i had to wr but since from then i never got any sms nor call from the department notifying me of my application progress. I am deeply sad and frustrated at the time confused because i dont think waiting 3 months for a response is appropriate.. Can they please respond and pay out the lump sum due to me as i am very much financially stranded due to the martenity leave that i was earning close to nothing from it... On top of it all these will be my second time claiming uif as i had app**** 2013 when my contract ended from the company i was working for and i still received nothing even on that one there was no response of claiming status i was never communicated too...
