UIF Martenity application complaint

Kindly assist and please keep me anonymous. I visited the Department of Labour Provincial Office in Pretoria Yesterday morning after several attempts of calling . When I got there to submit my Maternity UIF application I couldn't get inside the offices due to Covid I assume. I was not assisted either, the male security guard who was on duty that time told me to submit online, however I noticed the email addresses on the wall were specifically for Covid 19 related claims and mine is not. I approached a lady who said she was an inspector and couldn't help with my issue however she managed to give me a number for a gentlemen by the name of Dingaan Masemane. I called this gentleman and explained my quiry, however he was so furious with me and annoyed why I was given his number without his concern, I did ask from the lady if the gentleman won't have issues with this and she said it's not a personal number. The gentlemen kept shouting at me and I apologized several times as he was telling me about a drop box there was no drop box, only boxes that were there were those with blank forms to be issued to people who wanted to apply for different issues. The gentleman instructed me to give the phone to securities who refused to take it, he then said he is calling a manager. A lady came out of the building I explained my reason for being there and I wanted to be assisted with verification of the forms as everything was signed and ready for submission. The lady was shouting and had no time to listen pointed me on the wall with a list of numbers. None of those numbers is answered until now. I left hungry, tired with my swollen feet after standing there for 3 hours. Why is Government deducting our money for UIF monthly and refuse to cooperate and assit us when the time comes. I even tried the e-filing online option it hasn't worked. Am stuck and frustrated as I have bills to pay because am going on unpaid martenity leave soon.I am surely not the only one with this compliant. There were several pregnant ladies there.
