UIF *********** MANAGEMENT

I am writing here because is the last option I have since I've done everything I could to get my UIF claim. I am 32 years South African father of two who I've been retrenched under Section 189a at Openserve on the 31st of May 2023. I have no other source of income and I've taking care of my sickly mother too the time I was employed, I claimed my UIF on the 8th of August and I haven't received any payment since then, I tried to escalate my case but I'm told that the matter is no longer with the department but Masterpay which is their agency and they cannot tell or assist on making payments. These is payment is the only income I can rely on right now until I get back on my feets.
