UIF launch delay without proper explaination

I submited my UIF application in 1st week of Jan to the dept of labour the orlando west branch. They gave me the a card singed that i must come back on 16th Feb to check again. Mind you i am not employed since last year Nov 2015, i really need that money to survive. <br> <br> I went again on the 16th Feb, they said it is not yet approved, they gave me a date of 16th March, when i get there after a long queue which will take you an approximately 2 hours to get through it does matter what time you have arrived. A consultant who was helping me said its approved, and he took my card dates, and he gave me some doc's to sign i did so. They said by the 15th April you should be getting an sms of your payment into your bank *** April passed, i went yesterday just to ask what could be wrong. When i get there to my shocking, the consultant who helped me said your launched application hasn't been approved, who took your dates card? I told is one of your consultants. When i ask whats the way forward, he said he will request them to finalize my application launch. <br> <br> After such a while of waiting, please help this is how things should be in our govt services?
