UIF lack of retrenchment payments

I was retrenched in March 2020 and submitted UIF claim in April 2020. I have followed up on numerous occasions and even try to visit the UIF offices in Pretoria who was closed. Firstly is was rejected for Siyaya Status, whoever knows what that means???? after resubmitting it was send to an appeals committee who it seems never bother to look at it since it was then reassessed by another assessor on 2020-06-23. Since then and from March 2020 I have not received any formal communication from UIF nor any payment. People who are employed are receiving TERS but me as a person who contributed for over 30 years to UIF is being overlooked for obvious reasons.
