Uif labour won't assist me

Good day please assist me i went to a branch 2 times now no one is willing to assist me my loggings are locked and i must do continuation of benefits i was suppose to sign on the 20th im strundend because i need this money no one is willing to assist at the branch they told me they no longer taking the paper i must do it online when i call the call center they telling me i have to wait because there's a back lock
