UIF/ labour not paying up

I have lost my job in 2019. Was getting my UIF every month without a problem. I got my last UIF in September then when I went to sign the payment form for October, nothing (money) came into my account. I thought my UIF money was finished, it’s been hard not getting a job and being financially unstable. I then decided to call the call center to check if I still have funds and I was advised that my money are still available so I went to the braamfontein labour department to sign the payment form but still nothing has came through. December has been very hard for me and my family, where as the UIF/ labour staff got paid their salaries and bonuses to spend with their families . Till today it’s very hard financially. I have been calling for assistance (calling the call center) but all I get from them is stories and turn around times. Why am I supposed to wait 3 months for my money,,!!?? Where is my money??!!! Why is it taking so long for me to get it??!? I am heart broken because I have to miss my interview tomorrow morning because UIF/ labour is just deciding not to give me my money!!!!! I really need to go and get a government lawyer for this. I am suffering too much because of this bad service I’m getting!!!!! I am very angry and I will not let this go just like that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
