UIF Labour Department is an absolute joke - Pathetic Service

Unfortunately, I had to go through an unfair constructive dismissal which caused me to land up in hospital for 21 days under a severe maniac depression. I have been to the labour department in Alberton about 8 times now to submit an illness claim benefit as I have been declared unfit for work due to re-occurring depression episodes and every time I go there they tell me I am missing some form or other. I have now tried to submit all my forms as requested only to be attended by a very rude agent who has told me that my claim will be declined without even giving me the opportunity to register. I have never come across such pathetic service in my life. Surely this only happens in South Africa. The agents are totally *********** and unhelpful and as for the security officers; well.... they leave a lot to be desired. I was turned away today being told that my claim will be declined, it was too late and it is now their lunch time. I have contributed UIF all my life and for what I am not sure. In less than 15 minutes I saw so many people being turned away with pathetic excuses as to why they could not register. This simply makes me wonder where all our money goes to??????
