UIF labour department *********** ***

Department has failed and is *********** logged a claim for uif benefits from last year in november, all was approved and when ever call in, i am always being told to wait being sent from pillar to post the department doesn't not even knowing how to handle the matter they keep on advising me to wait and wait on till the new year until to date no solution and i did not get any sort of help.
