UIF Labour department in Benoni 2014 in April and then to Germiston in 2015 Around AUGUST

<p>After the comcompany i was working for called Nanga Transport located in benoni went under liquidation without us the employees being told by the our employees or getting any notice from them at the end of January 2015. Waited for our salaries til mid february calling the owners of the company to no avail, we end ended up getting information from one of the workers sayin the company has been liquidated the is nothing they can do after 2 Months of going to work with no pay no information on what was happening I went to the labour department in Benoni first was told they could not help me claim for my UIF becouse I did not have a liquidation certificate but how could i have it when my bosses vanished without a trace. I kept on seaching as i needed the UIF money till i was contacted by Gwenduna attorneys saying they where handling our case and the liquidation.</p> <p> </p> <p>The sent me a filled UI19 FORM with in complete ID number for the attorney in 2015 as I was truggling with my kids i went to germiston this time to claim and tell them why i am claiming late. I only received the liquidation certificate in August 2015 for something that happened in the begining of 2014 January. but they could not assist me after paying my UIF FOR 3 full years with no fail instead they showed me the money that was suppose to be getting its there yes you deserve to get it but you cant that is what they told me, my kids where hungry i am not working i never got my uif even today I am still waiting for Nangas Luquidation to be complte so they can pay us what was due to me please help.</p>
