<p>I app**** for maternity benefits on 5 December 2016 at Malboro Labour Department. I have followed up 1st week of Jan 2017 which was after 8 weeks without a payment and I was told banking form was not loaded on the system, and the person who assisted me didn't give me back the banl form when I submitted with other forms. I went back to the bank to get the form sorted and submitted it same day. I was told to follow up towards end of February 2017. I havent receiced any payment to date and I have been calling the number they provided me with and there's no answer since the 1st of Jan till today and there's no answer.Hi my name is Francinah, I have app**** for maternity benefits on 5 December 2016 at Malboro Labour Department.
