Uif is useless

Hi whom it may concern. I have been out my job from June and I have app**** for my Uif on the 5th of june. Firstly I had a couple of documents outstanding but I had to call the Uif office everyday for them to notify me of that or else they never contact you to speed up the process because they are useless. By the 7th all documents was in and it was handed over to the person processing the documents. Uif is the money that everyone pay from there salary every month the government does not give us for free. From the 10th of June till today its already going to be 2 months passed I have been calling every single day and I hear the same thing it by the assessor and I was advised by the consultant that the process take 7 to10 working days for the claim to be approved once all docs are submitted..I've mailed the complaint line and no body responds...they have *********** people working there.. you get people like us unemployed that will do a better job and actually earn that damn salary

I need my money I'm waiting to damn long Can someone please respond or assist urgently I'm sick and tired of calling everyday to hear the same ****
