UIF IS USELESS

I am waiting for nearly a year for my uif to pay out and nothing has happend doesn't matter how many times I phone them email them ext it doesn't help

I'm sick and tired of that because they are quick to take UIF BUT NOT EASY TO PAY IT OUT
