UIF is useless

How do these people live with themselves? Been fighting with them since July to get answers on when ill be receiving my payment. no communication from them what so ever and never a team leader or manager to assist and give answers. only the same **** story over and over, "its with the assessor", "its being attended to", " cant say how long it will take". Probably the most useless government system ever dealt with. These people are messing with people lives and well being. Total and utter **** from these people, not a single person has been of help. Maybe start looking at employing people that can actually do the job properly!!!!
