UIF IS THE WORST DEPARTMENT IN SOUTH AFRICA

This is the company with the most pathetic service ever. I am struggling to get a query resolved for nearly a year. The Ufiling system and their system differs completely. They are taking months at the capturing department, and when I ask for the calculations, they just ignore your email. They will maybe respond once in 2 months time, reminding you that you owe monies, instead of realising that more than half of those employees are not longer working for me. I have send several emails and they don't answer any telephones!! How can this be so difficult to get your act together and do the job you are suppose to!!! I have send my updated UI19 declaration form several times, and tried to fax it to every fax numbers of the several branches stated on the UI19 form. How long will it take to capture this????? YEARS??? DECADES???? I hope that management will get this department in order and resolve the queries ASAP!!!!! This is the main reason so many employees dont want to registered for UIF.
